- May I pick up my order?
Yes, you can to avoide Shipping Cost.
We now have a computer and a printer in our show room with Internet access. We encourage walk-in customers who have not placed an order online to locate your products online, add them to the shopping basket, and print the basket first in our show room. Present the printout to our customer service rep to save you time.
- What are your business hours?
Business hours for pick-up orders are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday-Saturday. Please allow 2-3 business hours before picking up your order. For instance, if you placed an order in night, please do not except to pick up the order at 9:00am the following morning. If you are in hurry, you may call 91-80-25091050/51/53 first to make sure that your order is ready.
- How to get to your location?

- Is there something special for walk-in customers?
We now have a show room where we display many opened, clearance items such as cases and monitors. You’re welcome to check these items out before purchasing them.
- In case there is too long a waiting time...
In situations when we promised that an order placed online is ready at the time you call but it is not ready at the time you come to pick up, we can make arrangement for the package shipped to you at our cost to save you waiting time. Sometimes, stock situations changes without notice. Instead of asking you to come back one more time to pick up an out of stock item, we may offer to ship the item to you at our expense.
