Payment FAQs

1. Which payment methods do you accept?
   
   We accept all major credit cards (Service Charges Extra), cheques, Demand Drafts and Cash, purchase orders from accounts such as government agencies and universities, MNC Companies and Fortune 1000 companies of India.
   
   
2. Do you accept “Collect on Delivery (COD)” payment?
   
   Sorry, but no. We no longer accept COD payments. COD payments caused too much trouble for us in past. Only DD on Delivery.
   
   
3. I live outside Bangalore. How should I pay for my order?
   
   Payment is accepted via DD or Pay Order.
   
   
4. Do you accept international credit cards?
   
   We accept International Credit Cards. You have to give us your passport Xerox.
   
   
5. Do you accept personal cheques?
   
   We accept personal cheques upto Rs 10000/-. Please make arrangement for cashier’s cheque, DD or other types of payment method.
   
   
6. Do you accept purchase orders from government or universities or MNC & Fortune 1000 Companies of India?
   
   Yes, we do. You may place an order online first to get the total order amount so that you can get your purchase order issued by your accounting department. Then fax your purchase order to 91-80-25091052. Include an e-mail address if you want to receive shipping confirmation for your order. We’ll verify the purchase order by phone calls directly to your accounting department.
   
   
7. Do you accept debit cards?
   
   Yes, we do. Including commercial, personal, and government debit cards.
   
   
8. When do I expect my order after I mail the cheque?
   
   We’ll ship your order as soon as possible after receiving your cheque. For cashier’s cheque and money order it will typically shipped within 1-business days after receiving your cheque. For personal cheque we’ll wait until the cheques clear the bank before shipping, which may take 2-3 business days. It’s possible although rarely that your order may be delayed due to stock issues.
   
   
9. Do you accept company check?
   
   Yes, we do, however if you company isn’t part of the Fortune 1000 then we may wait for the cheque to clear the bank before shipping.
   
   
10. May I use my personal credit card and have the order shipped to my work?
    
    Yes. However, it will take longer for us to verify the order.
