Shipping times depend on the Distance between your delivery location & Computer Warehouse from whom you purchase the product. It varies according to the delivery method you select. Within Bangalore, delivery should not take more than one week.

The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your items plus shipping cost (optional)
Place an order
- Placing an order is fast and secure and you can place products from multiple categories in the shopping cart.
- To add any item to your shipping cart, click the corresponding 'Buy' button for a given product in any of the categories page.
- You need to login before proceeding further. If still not done, please click here to register.
- When you?ve finished shopping, check 'I agree' button to continue Placing an Order or Generating the Quotation. Click 'Checkout' button to proceed. It would take you to another screen where you will be allowed to enter your 'Shipping Details'. You can select your 'Billing Details' as you 'Shipping Details'.
- Choose your Payment Mode, Shipping Date and enter Concerned Person details. Click 'Place Order' button to generate your order or 'Generate Quotation' button to generate quotation and take printout.
- This will generate your order number and a mail will be sent to you on your registered mail with us and to computerwarehousepricelist.com for processing.
- You can verify your order or quotation details by logging in your Account.

There are two ways to check the status of your order
- You can see your order status by logging into My Account on the home page; you will have access to information on orders. Please click 'View Order' button to check the status of any order placed by you.

How do I cancel an order that was just placed?
Cancel request can be sent at cmp_bgl@vsnl.net quoting your order number. Only orders in Processing status may allow cancel request, if items have not shipped. We will respond with an email confirmation of the cancellation. If you still receive the order, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. There is a 20% restock fee, for all refusal shipments. If you do not refuse delivery, then you must get a RMA number for return. Restock fees will still apply. The package must be unopened in new ?as shipped? condition to be eligible for a return for credit.
How do I return a product?
To request a return for an item, follow these steps: Send a mail to cmp_bgl@vsnl.net quoting your order number, Item name & qty. Provide details like Return Type, Condition of product & reason for return and ?Comments? if necessary.
Why must I pay for return shipping?
We realize that it is not your fault if a product is defective. At the same time, it is not our fault if a product is defective ? we ship only factory new items. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our everyday values and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
What is the difference between OEM, WHITE BOX and RETAIL BOX versions?
Typically the OEM and WHITE BOX versions do not have the colorful retail packaging. Also, they may not include the bundled games and/or other software and/or cabling and add-on equipment or adapters that the RETAIL versions have. With the OEM and WHITE BOX versions, all the necessary driver software is either included or available for download from the manufacturer?s web site.

We do not give price quotes by email. Please see our web site. By using the shopping basket, you can effectively build your own quote and then place an order or by person.
How can I pay for my order?
You can place your order securely online from our web site. You can also prepay with demand draft, cash or cheque. We accept purchase orders from approved educational and government institutions, and businesses. We do accept COD orders and personal checks will take about 3 days to clear before we ship.
What are the shipping and handling fees & sales tax?
Shipping and handling rates are as per the location of your place in Bangalore, 5km is Rs 30/-, 5-10km is Rs 60/- and above that is Rs 90/-. There is 4% VAT in Karnataka.

Do you keep an item in Stock? How many do one have in Stock?
Please note that the actual availability is subject to change without notice. The quantity we stock is ?average?. The actual quantity in stock fluctuates with time and sales rate. Maintaining a certain level of stock actually is a difficult job. Availability could become a problem if the stock is not refilled on time due to various reasons such as late PO, sudden large orders, and late shipment.
We called this a stock ?transition? time. The larger the target quantities we try to maintain the more chances are that we have them in stock at any given time. The larger the quantity we maintain the less frequent will be the transition time.
For new products and high value products we may place the item on sale at our web site before it arrives at our warehouse. In such situations, we?ll mark A.O. (Against Order).
